Wellness Workshops

craft natural remedies + soulful self-care with everyday herbs

Teacup with herbs

You can’t drink from an empty teacup.

Hi! I’m Jeanine and I teach simple, effective herbal remedies to help you replenish your energy, settle your nervous system, and rest more deeply—even when life is demanding more than you think you have to give.

Imagine being able to:

  • Make an herbal tea to help you sleep deeply
  • Make syrups and other concoctions to support your immune health (or make a cold go away quicker!)
  • Confidently incorporate self-care into your busy routine

You won’t need to learn a new system or spend a fortune. We use everyday herbs like thyme, cayenne, chamomile, elderberry, lemon balm, peppermint…I could go on and on :), many of which you’ll find in your kitchen cabinet or backyard. Discover how well simple teas, syrups, balms, and more can support your well-being so you can keep showing up for the people who rely on you.

Ready to embrace more balance and vitality? Check out the workshop opportunities below or email me to explore how I can support your caregiving journey.

Did You Know?

Did you know a dandelion can help your digestion?

That a little lemon balm can calm your nerves?

Or that stinging nettle might ease inflammation and help with your seasonal allergies?

These aren’t rare herbs with fancy names.

They’re in your kitchen cabinet. Growing wild in your yard. Available at the farmer’s market. And they’ve been helping humans feel better for generations.

If you’re a caregiver, you’ve already got a full plate.

If you’re herbal curious, maybe you’ve been wanting to learn but didn’t know where to begin.

I will show you how to make your own teas, syrups, balms, and oils using everyday herbs that support your well-being so you can keep showing up for the people who rely on you.

Jeanine’s Holistic Workshops

I’ll be leading these summer and fall workshops at the Lacawac Sanctuary:

Botanical Eco Printing  Saturday, June 27, 2026 | 10am

Explore the magic of nature’s colors in this hands-on eco printing workshop. Together we’ll gather fresh leaves and flowers from the Sanctuary, then learn the alchemical process of tin can bundling to coax their shapes and pigments onto paper. You’ll create your own one-of-a-kind botanical prints—subtle, earthy, and beautifully organic—while gaining the skills to continue this art form at home. Perfect for creatives, nature lovers, and anyone curious about plant-based artistry. Register here.

Let’s Make Fire Cider!  Saturday, September 5, 2026 | 10am
Join us this September to craft your own batch of fire cider—a traditional herbal tonic made with raw apple cider vinegar, herbs, veggies, and a touch of honey. This zesty, immune-boosting remedy has been cherished for centuries for its ability to support wellness, soothe sniffles, and add flavor to salad dressings or marinades. Together, we’ll chop, mix, and share in this folk tradition that’s as delicious as it is beneficial!
(Please bring a cutting board and knife to make fire cider with us)

I will also be presenting how to make Fire Cider on Thursday, September 3 at 12:00 noon with the Community Garden Club at Wayne. Details to be added soon. And I am hoping to return to the Narrowsburg Farmers Market this summer with a popup tent showcasing herbal teas for coughs and colds.

“To say thank you seems so woefully inadequate for your lovely presentation yesterday, you are so vibrant and beautiful, and your delivery and in your sharing, the women love the lavender roller balls. That was such a nice treat to be able to take home with them and so completely different. It truly was the highlight of our program yesterday to have you share such an awesome delivery. It was exactly what everyone needed and so relevant today.”
